Account types for every kind of trader!

Different client have different trading needs. LBC is keeping that in mind and therefore developed 5 different kinds of account types to facilitate your needs, whether you are a novice or a professional full time trader.

Your trading account:

At the right top side, there is a button called “register”. Please click this, fill in all the requested details and click “register” once more. After that, please check your email.

You can choose any currency of your liking, as long as it is either USD, EUR or GBP. Please note that once chosen, you cannot change this option anymore.

Once you click on login, you should see a section which says “forgot password”. If you click this, you will automatically receive an email allowing you to reset your password.

In the dropdown menu next to your name, please click update details. You will now arrive at a section allowing you to update your details. Once finished, please click save. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team via phone, email or Live chat.

When you are looking at the trading platform, please click “reports”. By applying filters if relevant, you can create any report of your liking.

Finances & Banking

Account funding is not a must unless you wish to trade. Trading demands a deposit which can be made by clicking on the “deposit” button. The minimum deposit required is $250.

LBC offers a wide variety of payment options varying in between major credit cards, debit cards, e-payment methods and bank transfers. When clicking on “deposit” in your account, all options will appear accordingly.

You need to be logged in to create a withdrawal request. Once you are on the trading platform page, please click on your name on the right side and then select “withdrawal”. Enter the desired amount you would like to withdraw ($100 minimum for bank/ wire transfers or $50 for all other options) and then click “withdraw”.  Shortly after, the financial department will contact you to finalize the process. Once approved, the withdrawal time should be between 3-7 days.

Check your account balance and deduct the following if relevant: initial margin, pending bonuses and outstanding payouts for open trades.

When owning a platinum account, the first withdrawal fee will be on us. All other withdrawals will be charged with either 3.5% or $30, whichever is higher. This fee is capped at $3500. Wire transfer commissions and fees are payable by the recipient.

Maintenance fees are the monthly account charges covering all the services and features available to traders. These fees are $20 usd per month and are deducted on the last day of each calendar month.

Your initial deposit or less will always be returned to the means you used to deposit. If you have managed to create a profit, we still send the initial deposit to whichever method you used to deposit and can send the profit to any other method, as long as we facilitate them.

We will need to receive the following details from you. Please make sure these are 100% correct since we cannot be held liable if you supply us with wrong banking details.

  • Beneficiary name
  • Beneficiary address including city and country.
  • Bank name
  • Bank address including city and country.
  • Contact details of your bank. (phone / email)
  • IBAN or acc number (IBAN stands for international bank account number. In case of doubts, please consult your bank.
  • SWIFT/BIC

A SWIFT is a code designed and represents a specific bank in a specific country and its branch. For example: BUKBGB22 represents Barclays in the UK.  BUKB represents Barclays, GB represents the country code and 22 represents the main branch / head office.

LBC does charge profit clearance fees and aims to keep these as low as possible.

Verifying your account

In order to be able to trade and withdraw funds, the following documents need to be provided. 

  • A color scan of your passport or ID card.
  • A utility bill showing your full address which cannot be older than 3 months (bank statement, landline phone bill 
  • In case you deposited with a credit card, we will need a copy of the front and back side of the card you deposited with. We will inform you via email exactly which details can be hidden.

As a regulated company, we are obligated to ensure each and every account is verified. Rest assured, your confidential information is fully protected from fraud and identity theft. Please be informed you can also upload all documentation via our website ensuring you don’t need to send it via email.

*Important: 

Please be aware that whatever document you provide us, it always should be good quality and the content on the document should be clearly readable. We cannot accept documents of poor quality.

The document should show your name, address, the date when the document was issued and the company details of the issuing entity. It must be issued within 3 months prior to submission.

We accept a clear copy of a passport or ID card.

When sending us a copy, the front and back side should be clearly visible including the last 4 digits of the card, the expiry date and full name. Please make sure you blur the 12 first numbers and the CVV (the 3 digit code on the back)

We accept the following utility bills:  A landline phone bill, a home internet service provider bill, a water bill, an electricity bill, a gas bill or a bank statement.

If the electronic statement is one of the previously mentioned and stamped by the provider, we accept them.

If you are unable to provide a utility bill, you can provide a utility bill in the name of the person who shares the residence with you. You must provide an affidavit in addition stating you life in the same residency. This affidavit should be certified by a lawyer. LBC holds the right to evaluate the information and will then decide whether the document is sufficient or not.

No, you cannot use a credit card in somebody else his name unless you provide us with an authorization form signed by both you and the holder. Additionally, we will need a copy of the passport, an email and phone number and a proof of residence of the provider.

The documentation needs to be send to [email protected] or can be uploaded after logging into your account.

Once you have emailed or uploaded your documentation, we will review this and inform you within 48-72 hours via email.

LBC holds the right to suspend accounts which are not being verified. If we see your account remains unverified, this will lead to suspension. If your account has been suspended but you would like to reactivate it, please contact our customer service via email or live chat.

FX Trading and trading basics in general

Forex, FX or Foreign exchange is the financial market with the biggest trading volume globally. Over 5 trillion usd of global currencies are sold and bought each day. It runs 24-5 a week meaning its fully active for 5 days per week. Unlike other financial markets, there is no central marketplace for forex so it attracts professional and unexperienced traders as well. To learn more about forex, please visit our education center.

In order to trade forex, all you need to do is to open an account with LBC. Once your account is verified you can access the forex market and start trading currencies and hundreds of other assets available on the trading platform.

The answer to this is no! Any person can open an account with us. We do advise you to visit our education center where you can learn how to trade or speak with one of our highly experienced support agents who can help you further and teach you the insides.

The maximum leverage offered by LBC is 1:200. This means you could increase the value of your position a maximum of 200 times.

The return in investment can vary. This will depend on the markets and your trading knowledge. In order to calculate the potential return on investment, a formula could be applied. (Closing Rate-Opening Rate) x (Closing {quote}/{home currency}) x Units.

Investment amounts are the amounts you invest in trades. These amounts are not fixed and depend on your own individual choices. Logically, the height of an investment amount can also have an effect on your potential profits.

Normally, LBC shows only the assets with the highest interest level. These are called our default assets.

This amount may vary depending on the asset class, the account type you have or available Margin.

Order execution is the process  of completing or accepting a buy or sell order in the market on behalf of a client. It might be executed manually or electronically.

At LBC, we provide 2 options related to order execution. The first option is 1. At requested price and the second option is 2. At market.

When speaking about at requested price order execution , you can decide a specific price at which your orders will be executed.  When speaking about at market order execution , it allows you to execute and order even when the asset price doesn’t meet your parameters. Please note your trade will be executed at the best available current market price.

At requested price order execution is mostly used.

Platform

The answer is no. By simply logging in your trading account, you can have full access to the trading platform via a variety of options such as via your computer, tablet or mobile phone (smartphone)

There could be a variety of answers. Firstly, please ensure you have a valid internet connection. Additionally, we advise you to enter your username and password always manually. If the problem persists, please clean the cookies and cash of your internet browser and try again. Yes. LBC advises you no matter what, to always log out from the trading platform and from your account in general.

We advise you to ensure that your computer contains all recent windows updates. In addition to this, you might have to download a program called “flash”. Most of our video tutorials and the trading platform would demand this.

The most common reason for not receiving emails could be because our emails are arriving in your spam folder. In extremely rare cases, we could have a server issue which would cause emails not to be send.
